The Colonial Secretary presents his compliments

to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, and has the honour to forward for information of the Secretary of State two copies of the Hongkong Telegraph containing reference to certain correspondence found in Sun Yat Sen's private office at Canton which have been referred to by His Britannic Kajesty's Minister at Peking in a despatch............ to the Foreign Office which it is presumed will in turn be referred to the Colonial Office.
